Built in 1922 as a horse stadium, it is a sight to behold and is on the Heritage Barn Register. Groups of up to 550 can be seated comfortably. The building contains a stage, projector, retractable screen, sound system, and commercial kitchen. Full Rounds, Stage, and Reception – up to 550 (multiple configurations for meetings).

 

Alpine Room
Alpine Room, located above an onsite museum, features soaring wood beam ceiling with its converted barn environment. Blending authenticity and historic character, the Alpine room provides a perfect setting for strategic planning, large group meetings, training sessions, and can hold up to 100 guests. The room is equipped with audio-visual equipment, sound system, projector, high speed internet and drop-down screen.

 

Nan’s Playhouse
For more intimate meetings or receptions, Nan’s Playhouse is located by the floral gardens. The interior matches that of the exterior with gleaming hardwood floors and a large fireplace. Nan’s Playhouse is equipped with a sound system, projector, and drop-down screen.

 

Dining Center
Smaller group meals are held in the Dining Center where views of the Snoqualmie Valley serve as the backdrop to the expansive Carnation Farms grounds. The Dining Center accommodates 48 people, with seasonal outdoor dining increasing the capacity to a total of 66 guests.

A beautiful room situated right on the great lawn. This space is great for small dinners and receptions, as well as dancing. The room is equipped with audio-visual equipment.

Hazelwood & Homestead Lodges

The Hazelwood and Homestead Lodges serve as primary guest rooms, each with a private bath. Queen Lodge rooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed and desk. Bunk Lodge rooms are furnished with two sets of extra-long bunk beds. All rooms have high speed internet. Select personal-care amenities are included along with a hairdryer, bedding, and towels. The lobby of each Lodge features a common area, restroom, and gas fireplace.

Grey Gables

The Grey Gables, built in 1928 is a one-story house with 5 guest rooms set on the perimeter of a large tile sun-lit atrium. The atrium is a fantastic area to gather together, for meetings, playing cards or board games, a group dinner, or simply relaxing. The front patio affords sweeping views of the Snoqualmie Valley. The Grey Gables sleeping occupancy allows for 5 single occupancy or 12 people double occupancy. Grey Gables includes 4 rooms with 1 queen bed (private baths) 1 room with 2 queen beds  (private bath).

 

SNO Cottage

SNO Cottage is an intimate cottage perfect for the honey money suite or guest speaker. It is furnished with a king-sized bed, large jetted tub, and separate walk-in shower. Conveniently situated next to Grey Gables, SNO Cottage sleeps 1-2 people. 1 king bed suite with jetted soaking tub and shower

 

Bungalow

Our historic Bungalow was built in 1914. It was the original Stuart house and provide a gorgeous backdrop for weddings, retreats, and meetings. The bungalow includes eight bedrooms and baths.

Hippodrome
The Hippodrome is the showpiece of Carnation Farms with its bow roof, beautiful wood trusses, and distinctive framed openings. Built in 1922 as a horse stadium, it is a sight to behold and is on the Heritage Barn Register. Groups of up to 550 can be seated comfortably. The building contains a stage, projector, retractable screen, sound system, and commercial kitchen. Full Rounds, Stage, and Reception – up to 550 (multiple configurations for meetings).

 

Alpine Room
Alpine Room, located above an onsite museum, features soaring wood beam ceiling with its converted barn environment. Blending authenticity and historic character, the Alpine room provides a perfect setting for strategic planning, large group meetings, training sessions, and can hold up to 100 guests. The room is equipped with audio-visual equipment, sound system, projector, high speed internet and drop-down screen.

 

Nan’s Playhouse
For more intimate meetings or receptions, Nan’s Playhouse is located by the floral gardens. The interior matches that of the exterior with gleaming hardwood floors and a large fireplace. Nan’s Playhouse is equipped with a sound system, projector, and drop-down screen.

 

Dining Center
Smaller group meals are held in the Dining Center where views of the Snoqualmie Valley serve as the backdrop to the expansive Carnation Farms grounds. The Dining Center accommodates 48 people, with seasonal outdoor dining increasing the capacity to a total of 66 guests.

 

Dance Hall
A beautiful room situated right on the great lawn. This space is great for small dinners and receptions, as well as dancing. The room is equipped with audio-visual equipment.
