Facilities

We have an array of facilities that serve a wide-variety of occasions. From small intimate settings to large gatherings, our unique historic buildings provide a beautiful backdrop for any occasion.

Hippodrome
The Hippodrome is the showpiece of Carnation Farms with its bow roof, beautiful wood trusses, and distinctive framed openings. Built in 1922 as a horse stadium, it is a sight to behold and is on the Heritage Barn Register. Groups of up to 750 can be seated comfortably. The building contains a stage, projector, retractable screen, sound system, and commercial kitchen. Full Rounds, Stage, and Reception – up to 550 (multiple configurations for meetings).

Alpine Room
Alpine Room, located above an onsite museum, features soaring wood beam ceiling with its converted barn environment. Blending authenticity and historic character, the Alpine room provides a perfect setting for strategic planning, large group meetings, training sessions, and can hold up to 70 guests. The room is equipped with audio-visual equipment, sound system, projector, high speed internet and drop-down screen.

Nan’s Playhouse
For more intimate meetings or receptions, Nan’s Playhouse is located by the floral gardens. The interior matches that of the exterior with gleaming hardwood floors and a large fireplace. Nan’s Playhouse is equipped with a sound system, projector, and drop-down screen.

Dining Center
Smaller group meals are held in the Dining Center where views of the Snoqualmie Valley serve as the backdrop to the expansive Carnation Farms grounds. The Dining Center accommodates 48 people, with seasonal outdoor dining increasing the capacity to a total of 66 guests.

Dance Hall
A beautiful room situated right on the great lawn. This space is great for small dinners and receptions, as well as dancing. The room is equipped with audio-visual equipment.

Recreation and Activities
On site choices for recreation include swimming (seasonal), tennis court, hiking, lawn games, farm activities, cooking classes, and more.
