We have an exciting update happening at the farm! Our Dining Center is under construction and transforming into our Farmview Kitchen (more information to come). Due to this major overhaul, as well as a lot of construction closures in the surrounding areas, we have made the decision to pause our Thursday Night Dinner Club for July and August. We will resume Dinner Club in the Fall when we can open our fresh and new dining space to you all and welcome you up the hill to experience it in person!
In the meantime, we will be ramping up the production of our Farmstand Products that will be very seasonal and will rotate often. We will cook with whatever the fields are giving us! Fresh breads, bagels and focaccia, smoked and marinated cuts of meat ready for the grill, grab-n’-go sammys and salads with seasonal dressings, picnic snacks with meats & cheeses & dips, our pickled farm veggies, breakfast burritos with farm eggs, farm made pizzas with local toppings, and farm-to-table refrigerated entrees, like enchiladas with farm chilies and LOTS of other sides. So please swing on by our Farmstand on Thursday evenings (or any day of the week) and pick up something yummy to feast on at home.
