Rooted Application - Carnation Farms

Thanks for your interest in Rooted at Carnation Farms! Rooted is a 7-week program that runs from July 5th-August 19th, Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. If you would like to learn more before you start your application, please go to our Rooted FAQ section. Applications are due Monday, May 2nd.

As part of the application process, we ask for one personal reference from an adult who is not a family member, like a teacher, coach, counselor, minister, or family friend. A reference is required and due by Sunday, May 1st. Your application will not be considered if we do not receive your reference by the deadline. Interview

All applicants who complete the full application in time, meet age requirements, and are available for the entire 7-week program will be granted an interview. Interviews will take place at Carnation Farms. Please choose the interview date that you can attend.
