December 28, 2019: Snoqualmie Valley Record features the Roaring 20’s New Year’s Party.


November 27, 2019: King County Conservation District featured our Rooted program and the work the youth did this summer helping on local farming and land restoration projects.


November 25, 2019: Kaley Brammer, Carnation Farms Youth Development and Education Manager, won the “Farm to Sea to Table to Journalism in New England” 2019 Legacy Award from Les Dames D’Escoffier International. Kaley recently returned from an action-packed week in Maine and Massachusetts, where she met women business owners, educators, authors and farmers and learned about food systems in the Northeastern United States.


November 22, 2019: Snoqualmie Valley Record interviewed Executive Director, Hannah Cavendish-Palmer, for details about the 2019 Christmas Market at Carnation Farms.


October 9, 2019: Seattle Times lists Carnation Farms Harvest Festival as a weekend highlight for fall-themed festivals.


August 28, 2019: King Conservation District gave an update on their Regional Food Systems grant for the Carnation Farms Grant Trust project. We are inviting the local grain community, food lovers and neighbors to our Grain Celebration, October 5-6, including tasting and demos with grain partners Pike Brewing, Skagit Valley Malting, Westland Brewing, The Bread Lab and Grand Central Bakery. On Saturday night, Carnation Farms hosts a Farm Dinner with Guest Chef Ryan Donaldson, and farm breakfast Sunday morning.

July 25, 2019: Kingcountydownstream.org published a story on the new USDA certified meat procession facility at Carnation Farms. “Carnation Farms is very excited to host USDA meat processing and increase the economic viability of King County’s livestock farms,” said Hannah Cavendish-Palmer, Executive Director.
