At the end of the workshop we will tour Carnation Farms’ Prop House and see how similar plants are grown in our production system.
Microgreens starter kit materials will be provided.
A variety of Microgreens for tasting will be provided.
The experience will be held in our Indoor Classroom. Follow red and white a-board signs when you arrive at the farm. Enter through the gate on the field side, across the bridge and down the tree lined lane. Please park on the gravel.
