Celebrate local grains with a delicious meal paired with beverages, after-dinner fun, and a cozy night on the farm.
We are growing grain at the farm! Join us to celebrate with our guest chef and special grain partners:
-
Chef Ryan Donaldson from The Stone House and Gather
-
The Bread Lab
-
Skagit Valley Malting
-
Pike Brewing
-
Westland Distillery
-
Grand Central Bakery
Relax and unwind as soon as you arrive and check into your room in one of our comfortable lodges. Then, explore our historic property and join the group for some delicious drinks and appetizers. As you sit for dinner, Chef Donaldson will explain the multi-course feast he has prepared and Pike Brewing and Westland Distillery will tell you about their beverage pairings.
The menu starts with Chicken Liver Mousse on Crostini with Cipollini Onion Jam, followed by Barley and Kale Risotto, Roasted Beet and Ground Cherry Salad with Radicchio, Roasted Chicken with Delicata Squash Butter, Caramelized Brussel Sprouts, and Melted Leeks. A special pumpkin dessert completes the meal.
After dinner, head to our fire pit for some live music and late night snacks around the bonfire.
In the morning, wake up refreshed and ready for a hearty farm breakfast featuring pastries from Grand Central Bakery. Before check out, enjoy a historical tour with one of the farm’s historians.
This overnight event is a continuation of our daytime celebration of grain. Guest for this beer and spirits evening must be 21 and older only.
