James Beard award-winning Guest Chef John Sundstrom, of Lark, is the legendary master of local ingredients. John worked with our farmers to choose peak-of-harvest ingredients for a multi-course meal, served in the outdoor dining room. Here’s the creative menu he designed:
Dinah’s cheese, red wine huckleberry, crostini
Charred eggplant and roasted garlic spread, cracker
Pizza, heirloom tomato, mozzarella, basil
Cucumber, cherry tomatoes, za’atar yogurt, marinated peppers, tender herbs
Trottole pasta “carbonara”, Carnation Farm egg, smoked mushrooms, fried sage
Grilled duck breast, purple cauliflower, capers, golden raisin, ground cherries
Summer pudding, berries, plums, lemon verbena chantilly cream
Each course will be paired with wines from Orenda Winery, located here in the beautiful Snoqualmie Valley.
Registration open until 9/4.
Guests must be 21 or over to attend this wine-pairing dinner.
