Deviled eggs with lamb sausage and smoked maple
Pickled farm vegetables
Farm salad greens and grilled summer squashes with a roasted pepper vinaigrette
Garden tomatoes, smoked mozzarella, pumpkin seeds, herbs and olive oil
Carnation Farms chicken, marinated with fire-roasted cabbage, cured chorizo and peppers
Roasted turnips, cauliflower, garlic and basil
Bread pudding, duck-yolk custard, and cocoa-nib caramel
Registration open until 8/7.
Guests must be 21 or over to attend this dinner.
About the Chef
With over 20 years of culinary experience, Chef Adam brings a distinct perspective to Hearth. Prior to leading the team at Hearth, Chef Adam worked at some of the most notable dining destinations in the region: he was part of the opening culinary team of The Nines Hotel in Portland, and he’s served as a chef at Cave B Inn & Spa in Quincy, Washington and Rosario Resort & Spa on Orcas Island.
A native of Washington State, Chef Adam has a passion for gardening and sustainable agriculture. That translates into the kitchen, as he enjoys sourcing local, fresh and seasonal ingredients and sharing those distinct Northwest flavors with guests. Outside of the kitchen, Chef Adam enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family.

- The outdoor garden dining area is covered and has some heating.
- The garden is open for self-guided walking tours.
