We’re teaming up with our friends at Middle Fork Roasters to provide a FREE, fun, educational, and caffeinated tasting experience for coffee lovers in the Seattle area!
On Saturday, April 18th, from 10am – 12pm, come learn about what it takes to turn fresh coffee fruits into a gorgeous cup of joe. Macky and Matt, the owners/operators of Middle Fork Roasters, will walk you through their sustainable buying process, explain the roasting procedure, and demonstrate different techniques on how to make the perfect cup of coffee for differing palates. Mix a variety of roasts to make your own signature blend, and take home beans to give it a whirl at home!
The workshop is free to attend, and 20% of coffee and merch sales support our agriculture education program here at Carnation Farms.
Middle Fork Roasters is owned, run, and operated by a close-knit group of friends and family dedicated to giving back. With each farmer’s market they attend, event they support, and cup they fill, they are thrilled to create positive impact in their own backyard. Each bag represents a commitment to building strong communities by partnering with local and independent producers. Based in Seattle, they roast in the heart of coffee culture, roasting small batches with only the finest, freshest ingredients.
Look for Middle Fork Roasters coffee available at Carnation Farms Farmstand.
