Cultivating Culinary Professionals

Beginning in 2022, Carnation Farms will be offering an immersive, year-long culinary training program encompassing an integrated model of learning. Participants will be immersed in all aspects of our property, working through classic culinary theory and technique, learning how produce comes to life, and creating unique offerings to the public to encourage growth and creative development. Join our culinary team and experience a program grounded in hands on learning from seed to service.

Experience what our Culinary Team has to offer by shopping our house-made items, such as, pasta, pickles, frozen dinners, and fresh-baked pastries, available at the Farmstand and through our many culinary events. Currently, we offer weekly Drive-Thru dinners with rotating seasonal menus and monthly Breakfast Pop-Ups. Stay tuned for more culinary events happening this Summer at the Farm!
