What is Laughter Yoga?
Laughter Yoga is a movement created by a medical doctor from India over 25 years ago and is practiced in over 100 countries around the world. It combines deep breathing and laughter exercises that bring increased oxygen to your brain and body. Rhythm, sound, movement, child-like playfulness and eye-contact, stimulates laughter and releases the “happy” endorphins in your brain, leaving you feeling joyful and full of energy.
