Ele Dootson, CPC, ACC, is a Transformational Life Coach certified by the International Coach Federation.  Ele creates a partnership with clients in order to explore their inner wisdom and power to create a life of courage, confidence and choice. Ele empowers women in transition to discover how to move from surviving to thriving, create intentions, choices and actions that are in alignment with their authentic self in order to live life fully, purposefully and vibrantly!

Ele has walked the path of student, wife, mother, teacher, divorcé, and empty nester. She is now happily single, a proud parent of two amazing adult sons and a loving grandma. She has celebrated the joys of life and confronted its pains with her heart always aiming towards personal growth and development. This journey has added richness to Ele’s life and makes up the mosaic of who she is today. Ele’s commitment to personal development and her desire to guide others back to their own authentic self, has led her through extensive coach training at inviteCHANGE.

Ele was a certified K-8 teacher in Elementary, Special Education and English Language Learners. She earned her BS in Special Education at Syracuse University and did graduate work at Seattle University and Western Governor’s University. As a life-long learner, Ele is dedicated to the growth and deepening awareness that results in positive change. She is influenced and inspired by the work of Brene Brown, Kristin Neff, David Emerald and countless others in the field of coaching and personal development, who are dedicated to exploring compassion, vulnerability and courage.
